All of my classes tend to vary weekly, but expect a playful, continuous flow of yoga postures (asana). With a strong focus on moving with the breath, and with meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama) in postures that are held for longer.
Vinyasa is excellent for students who find that movement helps create a state of physical exertion and mental concentration leading to deep relaxation and steadiness after class.
All my classes encourage the sensation of being rather than doing. Reversing the ordinary outward flow of energy and consciousness, so that the mind becomes still and through which we can reveal and actually experience Truth.
