I first met Charlotte this summer when I joined a yoga class Charlotte was teaching at my gym. After a few classes , yoga had grown on me and I wanted to share this with the family, I approached Charlotte for private lessons which we have all enjoyed and befitted from.
Yoga has quickly become a part of my lifestyle and I think a lot of that is due to the way it was introduced to me – thank you Charlotte.
